Hi, I’m Bev Rella. For way too long, I felt less than great but couldn’t tell you why. When abdominal cramps, nausea, exhaustion, and weakness became too much to bear, the answer from the medical establishment was a prescription. I knew the pill parade wasn’t for me, and my problems persisted until a friend introduced me to functional nutrition. With some trial and error and lab testing, I found my way through my issues.

It was an unexpected resolution to years and years of discomfort—and the start of an even more unexpected career shift. My own profound example of how food, lifestyle changes, and stress reduction can improve health not only gave me new life but a new career. Delving into functional nutrition was so fascinating, exciting, and life-changing that I wanted more of it. I knew what it could do, and I became obsessed with showing others what it could do for them. Helping my clients find more vitality, better digestion, and an overall happier mood is even more gratifying than I’d imagined.

You don’t have to settle for feeling “off.” If you’re struggling with fatigue, digestive issues, or hormone imbalances, let’s redefine what wellness looks like for you.

BAR Wellness: Redefining What Health Feels Like

Does feeling truly well sound out of reach? Maybe you’re exhausted no matter how much you sleep, struggling with bloating and digestive issues, or frustrated by unexplained weight changes. You’ve tried the quick fixes, the one-size-fits-all solutions—but nothing seems to stick.

That’s why I started BAR Wellness. I saw firsthand how functional nutrition transformed my health, and now I help women in midlife experience the same life-changing results. Through a personalized, root-cause approach, we’ll work together to restore balance to your digestion, hormones, and metabolic health—so you can finally feel strong, energized, and in control of your well-being.

Wellness isn’t about chasing trends. It’s about creating a sustainable, science-backed plan that works for you.

Let’s redefine what wellness looks like—together.

I’m Here to Help You Redefine Wellness

But who the heck am I? First off, someone who’s been there.
Second, a devoted student of functional nutrition and an avid cook who has so far earned the credentials (see all of them above), and has no intention of stopping:

Bev was great. We talked about lifestyle and diet and how my issues impacted other areas of my life. She started with a lot of testing and had a ‘let’s do this together’ attitude that made me feel supported and hopeful. She really stuck with me.

Bev was able to help me better understand my body and its triggers so I can manage acid reflux/GERD naturally without medications.

I have struggled for years with IBS and Celiac. The symptoms of both are overlapping and confusing. Recently, I faced SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) which complicated things further. I needed help managing all of this. Bev helped me understand the interplay with my issues and ways to feel better through food and targeted supplements, despite my multiple diagnoses. I’m still on the journey but feel much better and more confident with Bev’s help. My advice for anyone struggling with GI issues is to hire Bev.
